Menswear Collection at KL Fashion Week RTW 2016: Day 4 - Kit Woo & Kittie Yiyi

Updated: Oct 22, 2018

Kit Woo:

Former Assistant Fashion Designer at Public School NYC, Kit Woo decided to return home to Malaysia and introduces his own label. So how did he fare at the Kuala Lumpur Fashion Week RTW 2016? Of course, with his previous experience, I'm glad he returned home. He definitely has Woo-ed me!

Here's how he described his wearer in an interview with GlamAsia:

"My audience appreciates the little details on the garments that sometimes only visible to themselves. A mix between formal and street, properly dressed but still has a sense of chaos. A Kit Woo wearer has zero doubt about their outfit when he or she walks out of the house."

Kittie Yiyi

We can almost always expect a fun and quirky design from Kittie Yiyi, whom first released her collection on KL Fashion Week platform 2 years ago. Playing with the 'Under The Sea' theme, models strutted the runway looking like people from the Atlantis, or perhaps The Mermaid? But it's all good - I quite like how it's fun, and seeing Brian See opening the show in a pink suit. Here are my 3 favourite looks, followed by the rest of the collection in a slideshow.
